“My favourite diy website. The product range is unbeatable, and delivery times excellent, but the thing that makes this site supreme is the readiness and accuracy of advice provided over email, even for relatively small orders / amateur level stuff. I have completed a hand painted kitchen, previously varnished units now eggshell with a 'gobsmacking' result thanks to advice obtained here.”

“Very quick delivery, reliable store, easy ordering and the staff are very polite and always ready to help. They sell quality materials with affordable prices. But the masking papers I ordered last did not hook properly to the dispenser and the quality of the paper is not as good as the ones you used to sell, otherwise everything about the shop is great.”

Thanks very much for your kind comments. We're aware of the issue with the hand masking paper refills having a lower weight than previously supplied. We have been working on a solution, and will soon be stocking an alternative high quality, higher weight paper for hand masking machines under the 'fossa' brand that we think you will like.
