“Using the website was easy and a pleasant experience. All items ordered were in stock and were dispatched/delivered very quickly. Everything was packed safely and efficiently without loads of packaging to dispose of. All in all I was very pleased with my purchase and will be using Decorating Direct again when I need. “If Carlsberg did decorating merchants Decorating Direct would be it! Absolutely fantastic service every single time, not once have had I a issue, excellent range of products, fantastic prices and if something is out of stock or they don't have enough in of what you ordered they will ring you up straight away offer a alternative or refund on that time, the owner is very approachable in twitter, I've had many conversations with him about products they sell and what products I as the decorator uses, his product information is brilliant not just the normal oh the manufacturer said its a brilliant product, it's a case of decorating direct test products then ask for feedback from decorators. Excellent work decorating direct!”
