“I regularly make purchases of tools and materials from DD. The last purchase has been the only time a product has been returned. Pro Dec set of four sash brushes of which one brush was replaced and I have now returned the whole set for refund. The process was dealt with professionally and I am pleased with the service afforded to me. I was not pleased with the product, especially when it claims to perform well in all water-borne paints, modern fast drying trim paints and traditional oil-based solvent-borne paints. Maybe Pro Dec should confirm what the brush doesn't perform well with.”

“I've been using Decorating Direct for some years now, I'm a Painter & Decorator in West Sussex and would be lost without their fantastic on-line service for things I can't get in my local decorators merchants, the range of products is vast and very price competitive, but the overall thing that impresses me the most and keeps me coming back is the service levels, these guys deliver the goods, literally order one day and normally delivered the next, nothing has ever been wrong with my order.. and I mean ever, I always get exactly what i've ordered and the packaging is amazing a bit too much packaging sometimes but that's how much they care about your delivery.
