“Excellent customer service as I'd made the mistake of not completing the delivery address properly. I only noticed when I received my delivery confirmation and emailed the customer service team that my address was incorrect. Thankfully, they'd noticed my mistake, and using my house number and postcode searched for my address and updated it. Item delivered on time too.”
