I felt really supported at the beginning until the decision was made on how to deal with my finances. After that it went from someone blowing up my phone with calls day in day out to no response and no help when I needed it the most. One of my fines was promised to be covered by the IVA and I was told by my financial advisor they would personally ring them to get this added on so it didn’t affect my new job but this wasn’t done twice and resulted in my new job having to add it onto my payslip. Really disappointed with how quickly the attitude and support changed as soon as I accepted my IVA. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone I know struggling with finances. Felt like just another customer they couldn’t wait to pass on to another company so they can get their commission.

Don't keep you updated with what is going on once submitted approval forms off and don't keep to the structure of what is affordable and fighting corner against creditors and allowing them to gain more than what you ccna afford.

I haven’t received any updates on how the progress has been made. I keep getting calls from creditors so I am very concerned that the agreements are not in place.

Hi Sheryl, I have looked into this for you and firstly I apologies if you feel you haven't been kept up to date. I have looked into this and this was a particularly complex case, where there was a delay in documentation that we had requested. I know this was a stressful time for you and I'm sure you just wanted a conclusion quickly. The lack of aftercare explaining how things were going. Then the very limited response when they were called was poor. I hope the work is being done by Foris as I’m yet to be updated properly.

Very difficult to gets things sorted - communication poor do not read e-mails - had to get a manager involved so things could be sorted !
