“It was not the easiest policy to take out I was made to pay for confused.com mistake and had my premium changed due to a mistake and had to pay for admin charges. Overall it was okay”

“It was not the most easiest policy to take out. They charged me for admin fees and altered my insurance for a mistake that was put by confused.com but I was made to pay for it but over all was not to bad.”

“Very happy with my insurance policy and at a good price. site was very easy to use. The only downside I had was that I had to phone up (which cost an extra £20) to get the policy as it kept declining my bank card as they do not accept metro bank.”
