“I made a review 2 days ago about being charged 50quid for changing my address. I want to update that. I want to give credit Moneysavingexpert.com (link below). I did some research, wrote a short email to request the fees to be waived or reduced. I emailed on Friday night, got an reply Monday. “The price quoted was good but I have found the after sales customer service average at best. Halfway through my policy I bought a new car and had to amend the details. On my first call to get a price the staff were very unprofessional. Lots of laughing and joking with each other. At times I felt as though I was imposing on their social gathering. On my 2nd call to take up the insurance the lady did not speak very clearly and had great difficulty in finding the car make/model I wanted to register. This was even though I was told all details would be on my file following my 1st call. Doubt I will use them again.”
