“I took out policy as cheapest on the comparison website, all seems straight forward managed it all online, I have not had to make any claims of adjustments to policy so difficult to judge customer service if there was a issue to resolve.”

“Great customer service, although their online portal wouldn’t let me execute the quote and so I had to call in and was charged the administration fee of £20 for service but the agent was lovely. In addition, they would not accept my no claims discount for being a named driver unlike other insurers which was shaken but the premium was £200 cheaper than anywhere else so, can’t complain too much.”

“Someone is always there to answer and talk to you though you have to wait on the phone for a while before you get through. This maybe coiv19 reason I dont know but I like that fact that someone is there when you need them”
