Found what I wanted here with a 20% price reduction from everywhere else I looked (and I looked everywhere). To be honest I was a little sceptical that the deal was legitimate, but I placed the order and the item duly arrived by midday the next day. My only criticism would be that the order tracking page didn't move on from 'Processing' until after the delivery had been made, so I was unable to track the shipment, or even know that the order had been confirmed and dispatched, which was worrying at the time. With a fixed/working order tracking system, and this would have been a five-star review. Will certainly shop here again.

One week since I placed my order and not even a delivery date was given for the "next day delivery" service they promise. Did not even bother answering my emails.

Hi Andrew, as detailed in our long email to you, we apologise for the delay on this order. The stock is finally arriving today (as mentioned in email) following a delay in manufacturer pricing, the long easter weekend and an issue with delivery into us by the courier company. With the current situation, we are operating a rotating skeleton crew with reduced hours and can only apologise for the lack of communication. We have offered free delivery or immediate refund. We are doing our absolute best in challenging conditions with delays from both the supply chain and couriers.
Very poor customer service. After receiving a faulty Thunderbolt 3 dock they have been unable to help me resolve the issue. Instead they asked me to contact the manufacturer directly and said to take it up with them. This is unacceptable. They sold me the item and therefore are not upholding their responsibilities as a retailer. I should have bought the item from Amazon even though it was slightly more expensive as at least I know I can return the item and get my money back. I’ve sent three emails to customer support and since them telling me the first time to contact the manufacturer I’ve heard nothing from them. I’ve had to go and purchase another dock from elsewhere due to the urgency of a project and now I’m out of pocket twice due to not being informed whether I can return a faulty item. Stay away, pay a little extra for peace of mind.
