“I didn't understand something on my invoice, so I emailed. I got a full explanation by email in very quick time. I didn't get the promised email from the carrier to say when delivery would take place, so I phoned: A real person answered! She was polite and helpful, she rang off, checked with the carriers and phoned me back with the answer within a few minutes. Both of these are what I call good customer service. They made me feel I was an important customer. Incidentally, the price including postage was a little cheaper than a well known supplier and was delivered at the promised time. So all in all, very good service.”

“Found what I wanted here with a 20% price reduction from everywhere else I looked (and I looked everywhere). To be honest I was a little sceptical that the deal was legitimate, but I placed the order and the item duly arrived by midday the next day. My only criticism would be that the order tracking page didn't move on from 'Processing' until after the delivery had been made, so I was unable to track the shipment, or even know that the order had been confirmed and dispatched, which was worrying at the time. With a fixed/working order tracking system, and this would have been a five-star review. Will certainly shop here again.”
