“I ordered a teak outdoor dining set including a table and 6 chairs. The furniture arrived quickly and the communications were good. Be prepared for a 3rd party courier to contact you reference delivery, not Humber Imports themselves. My top tip is to check the furniture before accepting delivery. I was not available to do so and found that the table wouldn't fit together properly and there was a cracked chair. As soon as I raised this with Humber Imports they quickly sent a replacement table and chairs and we are now very happy with the dining set.”

“Initially we were happy with the furniture set. However, as the table has weathered; we see that an area of the table top has been filled with wood filler. In addition, there us a loose seat spindle on one of the chairs. I emailed Humber over a week ago, requesting replacement but have yet to receive a response. Photo attached.”

“Product is good, price is good, but minimal customer service. When I asked if we could be given extra help to remove old table etc (for which I was happy to pay extra) I was given very short shrift. Table and chairs were delivered by one man who struggled to get it to our front door. He certainly couldn't help to get them anywhere near our garden (or help to construct the table) so we needed to employ people to move the table from our hallway to the garden and then to construct the table. So add that expense to the original cost and it doesn't look such a good deal. Frustrating experience that I would not repeat.”
