“I had a few queries so I made contact by email. I received a telephone call which answered everything I needed to know. At the same time, I also discussed when best to place my order as I wanted my item for a specific day and so we could arrange to be in. I was telephoned to advise me that my item had been posted. It actually arrived the next day (a day early, but better than being a day late). I was kept advised every step of the way and the quality of the product and ease of assembly has made this an excellent birthday gift.”

“I bought the heavy weight Lutyens bench to replace a previous one, which had been bought from a very famous garden supplier. There is no comparison between my old and new benches! The Humber Imports bench is in a completely different league. The wood is of a beautiful quality, silky to the touch. The construction was simple and the end product beautiful. I am more than pleased by my bench, I can't stop showing it to my friends and telling them what a great bargain I got, it was so much less expensive than the previous inferior one!”

“I bought the Lutyens thick bench from Humber Imports. I am always apprehensive about buying larger items on line, mainly because if it's not quite what you want, it's always a hassle sending items back. The Lutyens bench was far better than I expected, the wood is beautiful, the bench is solid and the finishing touches excellent, to the finishing on the base of the legs. The bench is easy to put together 6 pieces in total, the only tiny fault is there should have been a spare dowel as one broke, but this is a tiny fault compared to the whole aspect of the bench. Best price on line and speedy delivery.”
