“The splashback is fabulous - I bought the rose gold and am really happy with it. Customer service was lovely and helpful. BUT the delivery service was atrocious! The delivery window is 8am-6pm. Even on the day you have to wait in for 10 whole hours with no idea of approximately when it’ll be getting there. The day of my delivery arrived but it just didn’t turn up! After 8 hours of waiting, the status changed to ‘delivered’ and was apparently signed for by me! The next morning I called (taking an hour to get through, and was ‘transferred’ to another operator who then cut me off) to see where it was and was eventually greeted by a very rude woman at DX delivery who seemed unable to provide a reason or apologise for the no-show. I was very unimpressed by their complete lack of organisation not to mention non-existent communication and customer service. No one gives a 10 hour window for deliveries - on the day the driver must have a route in mind! It gave me alot of stress waiting in for 2 days. In the end it arrived at 4.30pm on the second day of waiting. I’d never ever use this rubbish delivery company. The drivers are really lovely but horribly overloaded.”

“Overall satisfied with my splashback, the matte finish looks very polished. I had expected rounded edges (my understanding from ordering is this was default and I didn't have an option to add this during ordering) but edges were cut straight. Communication was clear and updates on my order were timely. All in all, happy with the end result.”

“Lovely product (aluminium splashback), and delivered quickly. Delivery company mangled it, so it needed replacing. Sent photos, and a replacement was sent out the next day with no quibbles. So good customer service.”

“Excellent service. Order places and deliver with advise timescales. For further improvements please have selections of silicone to go with the splashback. I ordered copper but you only do three basic colours”
