“I needed to talk to someone that would understand I had difficulty putting in the website on both the back and front - but when I phoned she didn't seem too friendly. Could you please phone me before printing so we have the website correct -or try it by putting in what I have and then make sure it is the same on both the back and front and if so go ahead and print.”
