“hard to edit, cannot change sign size after editing. phone lines down for customer service. says it ships in 24 hours but then I had to pay $100 to have expedited shipping in 5 days. Deceiving banner saying 24 hour turn around.”
“Having to wait for 2-3 days for a response seems rather slow when your trying to place an order. I wanted to make sure my artwork was ok for what I wanted. I took the risk and ordered but ordered less that I would have if I had a customer service person to speak to.”
