“Shipping chargers were a shock, if you didn't take advantage of customers with that sticker shock at the end I'd be much more likely to refer you, but to spring that after Ive already spent all that time designing is good marketing as I was committed, but a deceptive business practice. You easily could have done $50 in shipping or less and had everyone happy, $100 plus is ridiculous.”
