“I was excited to receive my first aluminum sign order (30x24 double-sided), but unfortunately, one side arrived scratched right in the center. It was very disappointing, especially since my first order (an 18x24 print) came out perfectly.
I tried contacting customer service multiple times, but never received a reply. I also lost access to my original account and had to create a new one just to try and fix the issue. I really hope customer service can improve response times and quality checks in the future.”
“I wasn't able to get the color of the design as I wanted it. Some of the back drop colors didn't appear to be adjustable. The add also said 24HR delivery, but the 24HR delivery cost out priced a good deal.”
