“I created my own JPG artwork and uploaded. The image appears as an exclamation mark but there was no information as to what that means... i.e. is it going to work? I've called but it's been difficult to wait for the call back due to my work schedule... we'll see what happens with the order. I am hopeful that IF the art isn't going to work someone will contact me. Thank you!”
