“Awful customer service and awful art department! Tried to simply reorder from recent previous order and the design was missing had to recreate whole thing again and the art department took a very long time to respond/recreate and kept having miscommunication issues on their end. I had to call many times and then was charged more than was going to before. With all the headache and hassle they would NOT even issue me a discount or anything and I spent a lot. All of this delayed me getting the signs for my business. DO NOT RECOMMEND!”
