“I was excited to receive my first aluminum sign order (30x24 double-sided), but unfortunately, one side arrived scratched right in the center. It was very disappointing, especially since my first order (an 18x24 print) came out perfectly. I tried contacting customer service multiple times, but never received a reply. I also lost access to my original account and had to create a new one just to try and fix the issue. I really hope customer service can improve response times and quality checks in the future.”
