Sent a device that didn’t work. Was asked 5 times to provide videos proving it, was approved for a return and they just kept sending me back to the same website. Phone number listed under their address in UK doesn’t work. Terrible. Guess I am joining a long line of naive folks who have bought from this fraudulent company

Unit stopped charging have contacted customer service multiple times they keep telling me tell us what's wrong. I've done that over and over and provided pictures. They won't respond.

Shocking - send my LED mask as it broke under warranty 3 weeks after they claim they haven't received it (I have a proof they have). They have been saying they send a new one for last 3 days they haven't it's all a lie

Business practices absolutely dubious. Selling promise not kept. Returnes are guaranteed but not possible!

The face and neck set is by far the worst investment every made. (1) One was short circuiting. It took them more than 3 months to honor their guarantee. (2) Second one had bad battery -- NO QUALITY CONTROL (3) Third one only had YELLOW LIGHT -- no red. (4) The third one also had a dude battery pack. (5) There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER and they give you the runaround via email setting up time in Europe to speak to you in the US. (6) Another review site that they use has the company broken out into several entries that all have half or more negative reviews -- several hundred 1-star reviews in the last 6 months. Total junk and waste of money, plus they keep 10% of the purchase price when refunding DEFECTIVE MASKS. It's a scam.

I bought a product from this website and this product not working will so i return it then they told me we cannot refund your money but we can give you gift card use it any time today i try to buy another product when i use the gift card it give expired for one week im sending mails to customer service but no response. I really dont recommend this website

Do NOT buy from this company. I received a damaged product and had so many issues getting in contact with them about a new one being sent. Horrible customer service with no phone number. No one responds to emails or insta. I am in the process of trying to get a refund now.

Absolutely lousy, lousy, lousy customer service. I have reached out, sent text messages, and no response. Your tracking system doesn’t work and no one responds. I haven’t even received my order yet, and it is way past the time it was due to be delivered and I cannot get a response. I am so sorry. I even ordered this product and I haven’t even used it yet. Customer beware. If you want good customer service along with your purchase, do not purchase current body products.

Terrible customer service. Please be aware, they don’t have customer service provide. I reached out to their customer service regarding to a faulty item. Someone name Anna got back to me. And she admitted that is a faulty item. Somehow she asked me to try and test it again even she admitted it is a faulty device sign. I charged the device overnight again still not working then I letting her know. Even since then I didn’t get any work from her. Tried to reached out to customer service, same thing no one assist.

I’ve emailed them 5 times and no response whatsoever. The charger isn’t working for the led face mask so can’t use it, I’m only asking for a replacement charger so not happy, at £299 it isn’t a cheap item. I was super happy with the item until this happened, they offer a lifetime support ! Really, it’s a shocking claim, when they don’t even respond to emails. I won’t buy from them in future and will go to another company once I’ve returned my item and the money is refunded

Do not buy from Currentbody! I purchased a Foreo Bear from them and unfortunately the device is not working out for me. Even though the device is supposed to have an anti shock system, it sends painful shock to my face no matter how low the setting and how much conductive serum I use. I contacted Currentbody and basically got told oh well too bad, there’s nothing we can do because you’ve opened and tried the device. Which is ludicrous because how can someone know the device is not working correctly if they haven’t tried it? The device is not cheap. Save your hard earned money and buy from a reputable retailer with an honest return policy.

I ordered a Luna body scrubber which I'd classify as a hygiene product, and to my dismay, received an open box used item. This raised serious concerns about the company's quality control. What's more troubling is their customer service's response. Not only is it slow (you wait 7+ days for each reply).They initially told me I was wrong and this was impossible!. After having to dispute this further, they now expect me to cover return shipping costs from Canada to the UK for an "investigation", which feels unfair given the nature of the issue - their mistake, not mine. They said i MIGHT be eligible for shipping refund IF I quality!?! So not only will I not have the product I paid for, I will have to pay even more for them to correct their mistake and even so I might risk not "qualifying". Most high quality companies would have sent a prepaid label and/or a replacement vs making me feel like I'm a criminal trying to scam them and they need to investigate and decide IF I'm telling the truth. I have pictures of the issues and have shared with them. As i was going through to understand the process they also highight in their returns that they do not refund the taxes paid. This is not only frustrating but also illegal in Canada. Overall, the entire process has been inconvenient and has left me questioning the integrity of this company. Protect yourself and order from another company with higher customer service standards. If you must, I advise others to exercise caution when considering purchases from this website, as my experience has been far from satisfactory.

Poor customer service. I tried to purchase an LED mask with a discount code provided by Currentbody that wasn’t working. After a few generic replies and zero follow up to help me, I decided to purchase from their competitor whose customer experience was more positive.

This company should be your last choice of option. I ordered an item in early Dec 23', a week later I got the package that didn't contain the item I ordered but only free gift supposed to come with. I contacted and reported, another package was sent, when it was arrived, I was away coz it took so long. And the package was stolen. I claimed the missing package, that went no where. I decided to place the second order coz I really needed and requested them to make sure there will be all items included in the box, then again, today when I received the box, it didn't include the item I ordered but the free gift. This business doesn't deserve your time and money, for sure. I regret that I gave a benefit of doubt to this place.

Do not purchase from this company. They will take your money not send you a product and then make you fight for a refund. They’ll also ask you to take pictures of your account to prove you purchased something. Talk about scammer vibes. They’re based out of GB and I’ll be contacting their very of BBB. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. There are companies selling the same products that will not treat you this way.

Terrible website - stay away! I ordered an item on sale via currentbody.com page and paid with my debit card. A few days later they send me an email saying that the product is out of stock and that they will give me refund. Few days later they sent me an amount that was significantly below the amount that I initially paid. I followed up on it thinking it was a genuine error. No response. I send another 2 emails. Days later I get a response saying that they will not refund me the remaining amount because I have to pay tax for an item they never even send out to me! Basically, they made an error selling items which they don't have on their website and now they are charging me for their mistake. Will never order anything on this webpage again.

I urge you to read the most recent reviews and the one star reviews before considering to risk buying something from currentbody. The return and exchange policy looks great but once you need it, the problems start. I received a device that is not working. I try to initiate a return and the return form on the currentbody website is a broken link. I then contact customer service providing my order number. What follows is insanity of different customer service folks emailing me each one week later asking what my order number is. I am finally provided with a link to initiate returns after two weeks of nonsense emailing currentbody (as there is no other way to reach them). When trying to fill out the form, none of the options to exchange the product work...just brings you to a page that says contact customer service...insanity. Please to spare you the grief. DONT. BUY. FROM. CURRENTBODY. go get your device or product from sephora instead. Will be initiating a chargeback and fraud help with my credit card company so I don't have to deal with this stupidity anymore and chalk it up as a $900 error and naiveness on my part.

After waiting nearly a month for the RF toning device to arrive, it came broken. It would not charge and it would not turn on. There is no phone number or direct way to contact customer service. After one week and 11 attempts, I finally heard from somebody only after I wrote a negative review on TrustPilot. She sent me a form with complicated instructions for returning it under warranty. I made a mistake on the form so that it would show up as an exchange, not a refund, and didn't include the Warranty number so the return would not be accepted since it is open. I immediately asked for a new link so I could resubmit and after 9 attempts, I am still not hearing from anybody. I have opened a dispute with my bank. A total scam. And the green tea serum is drying and useless.

I purchased the halo zip and it arrived with one of the metal discs not attached . 2 Days later I am still waiting for a response from customer service . there is no phone number to text or call . All communication done through email . I have spoken with a rep at the actual zip halo company hoping to get some kind of resolution . I would never purchase from CurrentBody again
