Terrible customer service.
Please be aware, they don’t have customer service provide.
I reached out to their customer service regarding to a faulty item. Someone name Anna got back to me. And she admitted that is a faulty item. Somehow she asked me to try and test it again even she admitted it is a faulty device sign. I charged the device overnight again still not working then I letting her know. Even since then I didn’t get any work from her. Tried to reached out to customer service, same thing no one assist.
