“I was a little uncertain about booking Disneyland Paris originally but having spoken directly to an agent called Mathew I was over-whelmed at just how helpful Mathew was in beating other prices else-where to meet within our budget as I had seen some offers but didn't make the time to put money aside especially. Not only that but he went out of his way to put at rest any concerns I had through reviews I had seen about hotels on Google etc. And having received lots of emails back as well as phone calls I could tell he has a lot of passion for the company that he works for & am sure he will credit it & himself in a big way in the long-run. My boyfriend is exceptionally happy with Crystal Travel as he allowed me to go ahead with what I want. The price is absolutely brilliant & I will definitely tell my friends, colleagues & relatives about using Crystal Travel in the future as I am so looking forward to my birthday now in an upgraded hotel which I was not expecting, so thank you Mathew and all!”

“My friend advised me for crystal travel for cheap flight tickets but i will say the cost didn't matter, the services of the Agent MIKE mattered. I would say he is a Gem of a person and an excellent sales person. I won't call any other company now ever again if i have to buy tickets it will always be MIKE. I will do all my future bookings with CRYSTAL TRAVEL just because of "MAGIC MIKE"”

“I had an advisor caked Charlie and he explained everything in such detail. This is my first holiday bought by myself so I wasn't too sure what I was doing and what I needed to do. He talked me through how I could get the best deal and how I could make the most out of stay. He didn't rush me into making decisions he assured me every time that he'd wait for me to decide or confer with the other passenger. He followed on to say I can email him any time should I have queries with my booking. I really appreciated his patience and I am throughly looking forward to my holiday”

“I contacted Crystal Travel and was connected to Tim. He provided very helpful information that helped me to decide my travel arrangements for 3 people. His approach was very patient and professional. I wouldn't have been able to make these bookings on my own online as it would mean I'd have to juggle 3 separate bookings at the same time. I really want to thank Tim for facilitating my travel needs so well.”

“I have to say first of all that Crystal Travel has been the best... especially my travel agent host Andy he has done a fantastic job assisting me and my family in preparation for my recent holiday flights. Andy is always puncutual in his service,on numerous occasions I have needed all my flight details immediately, I.e. times,hotels,travels deals and he has always gotten back to me with full answers to those very special questions,regarding my flight. a friendly person who is dedicated to serving customers with the highest ability. it is because of Andy's Exceptional service, that I would definitely recommend Crystal Travel to Anyone:)”

“I had never used this site before but I found the cheapest flights for my destination there and tried to book them (quite late Saturday night). The first time, the website froze after I submitted my payment details and I received no booking confirmation, so I rang up and was advised that the booking hadn't gone through because the price had expired. However I could still see the price I wanted on the site so I tried the whole thing again a few minutes later and it worked. Early the next morning (Sunday) I received a call from a very helpful member of the customer team called Kathy who had seen that I'd tried to make a booking which had failed and wanted to check whether to process it or not. I was able to tell her to cancel it as I'd already got another booking and she made sure I wasn't charged twice. She also sent me my e-ticket very quickly and was easy to get in contact with. As long as the flight goes smoothly when I get to the airport I'll be happy to use this company again.”

“Before Booking wih Crystal travel I lookup for the company on Google, Only on tripadvisor its rating was so bad whereas seeing it on others it was good and satisfactory there agent frank was good in communication and resolving my issues thanks to frank and team of crystal travel”

“We really enjoyed every aspect of our trip to Barcelona. Need to go back - there was too much to see in a weekend. Experienced Tapas at its best. We went to the football also and that was amazing. The hop on and hop off Sightseeing Bus Tour is a must. 3 routes to choose from - we did the green route and that took all day!! Very good value for money. We stayed in the Nova City hotel and that was amazing. Outside the main Catalunya but Metro takes you everywhere. We purchased a T10 ticket for €9.95 - this enables you to take 10 trips on Metro/Tram - we used this between the 4 of us. All in all you will not be disappointed in the least..... Would definitely use the CrystalTravel again. Very impressed with Neil's follow up call first thing Friday morning after we experienced trouble checking in - more our fault though.”

“Being on a tight budget for my trip to Bangkok, couldn't find a cheaper airfare until Crystal Travel came to my aid. Their special offer provided a discount which made me purchase the air ticket without any second thoughts. The best thing about this travel agency is, they make sure their customer is at ease and they never fail to follow-up.”

“Excellent service, fast and offers affordable prices. Thought I've already found the best deal online as it was the cheapest online. Called Crystal Travel to only inquire about the baggage allowance before I finalise my booking. But hey hoh, Alex gave me a much better deal. Very happy with the service.”

“The agent I spoke with Mathew Parker was very good. I will score him 9 out of 10 because he answered all my questions patiently and in a professional way and very efficient. He explained every thing to me in details and gave me the necessary information that enabled me to make up my mind to go ahead with the booking. I was really impressed with his manner of approach which is knowing how to talk to customers.”
