Horrendous service! AVOID! Through Groupon I purchased a holiday with Crystal travel to Rome for 3 nights, flights from manchester in February. The same day I contacted them to book the holiday. I was told I couldn't fly from Manchester as it was all coming up more expensive than what I had already paid. so could only go from London (5hours away from my home) needless to say I wasn't happy, but when I finally agree as I wasn't getting much other choice I was told I couldn't have the hotel I had booked either they needed to change it. Gave me two hotel options both nothing like the original hotel booked, and both alot further away from the centre of Rome. My final option when I wasn't happy with this was a refund which would take 15working days! Leaving me not much time to get my money to book another. Spoke to someone called Garry, he was rude, abrupt, telling me I was not helping him!!! Why do I need to be helpful to a company that have taken my money for a holiday they cannot provide? Speaking to me like I had done something wrong! Middle of me speaking he said hold on... And put me on hold for 5minutes!! After asking numerous occasions to speak to a manager, got told they were in meetings gave the manager 3days to phone me, never did. When I phone back they are in a meeting again. Overall can say this ruined my week having to deal with this mess. Luckily Groupon are processing me a refund in 3-5day, thankfully.

Gave me awful flight times and charged me extra for them, as they took too long to confirm with me and the first original flight had run out of seats. The transport service was good in itself, however, the flight home was as 6am and the airport itself didn’t open until 4am. We were picked up at 2:55am and stranded outside the closed airport in the middle of winter as the journey from the hotel was only 15 minutes. This oversight was repeatedly confirmed by Crystal Travel and they should have done more research before advertising and selling. Other than that Rome was alright, no complaints.

Really very very bad experience. I booked a flight to India they booked me a flight from UK to Paris separately and from Paris to India. If I don't have an European visa how can I fly to Paris and then from there to india. I have to comeback from airport. They r not acceping there miatake and they did not gave refund. I am really disappointed with the service they have provided.

i am happy to book with them .cheap and best price ,however i was shocked my money got deducted but the agent helped me to book the flight .

if there was an option of giving a negative score I would do so. I called this company while my father was in the hospital as I needed to extend my stay. They supposedly credited me a refund for the ticket ($1558) but also charged me $200 cancellation fee. When I called the airline they had no idea what I was talking about as the refund amount was much much lower than what crystal travels told me ($294) I called crystal travels and the person I spoke to wasn’t in and they would let me speak to a manager directly saying that someone will call me back in 30 minutes. I called at 2:10pm they called me back at 3:22pm. after asking me the same questions again the supervisor said he’ll call me back in 10 minutes.....3:54pm I’m calling back to see what’s happening and again was told the supervisor was on another call and will call me back (why is he on another call when he should be dealing with my issue). I tried again at 4:30pm when no one called me and was told the same thing but I refused and said I’ll wait on hold. The supervisor comes back and says he can book the flight for me but he doesn’t have for what amount and asks for my last name again and wants to call me back in “2 minutes” I’d had enough and told him how horrible this experience has been especially since my father passed away yesterday and I’ve had to deal with his incompetence and the airlines just to be able to go home. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

We booked our flights with Crystal Travel nearly two months in advance and later confirmed our reservation in the airline booking system. Six days before our departure we got a call from the Crystal Travel agent informing us that our flights would have to be changed as the airline would not issue the ticket for that itinerary (he couldn’t explain why). Either we’d have to change our travel dates or pay extra to change airlines. After we spent nearly an hour on the phone, insisting we would not accept changing dates (we had accommodation booked) nor pay any extra money for flights we had booked months ago, the agent suddenly told us that miraculously, there had been no change after all and that he had received the message from the airline in error, or to another agent with his (clearly fake) name, or something to that effect (the story didn’t make much sense), and immediately issued us our e-tickets. I imagine what actually happened is he gave up and decided to find someone else to bump from the flight. Our flights worked out in the end but the stress of not knowing whether we actually had a flight booked until days before our departure was not worth it. I’d recommend booking with a larger, reputable agent or the airline itself.

I am HEART BROKEN!!! 17/3/17 I don't think I will buy ticket with Crystal Travel again. I bought my ticket to fly out Monday 20, but an hr later, I received a sadly news that my dad passed away. I call the agency within less than 12hrs after booking the ticket. to change dates they asked proof of death I requested the death certificate from familt and send it to them hoping to get the help but I was told by JANET customer advisor she told me I had to pay a total of £861.60 difference of the ticket I bought for £403.00. Ticket would cost in total of £1264.60 Next day I asked to speak to manager Kinne is his name if I not spelt wrong. He said not worry I will help you! another false hope. I called the airline I was flying with, I called IATA. SATA and ATOL no one could help because CRYSTAL TRAVEL have they only policy and solo control. I end up miss my dad's funeral. The only help they offered was asking for money.

Very good they find what you want I've booked 3 return flights with Crystal travel on two different occasions, and I have to say they are very good. They sent everything vie email very quick as both bookings were done within 4 days of departure. They helped with the visa and even though I was given the name and number of the adviser I didn't need to call as everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.

Great company to book flights from. Even if you're looking for prices online, they will go out of their way to match that price. Great level of service even though i called three times in the same day with different requests! Very patient.

Dave has been very pleasant and assisted me with my India travel with very competitive price. Crystal travel has offered me the best price when I compared with another leading agent. Dave has given excellent service every time I book ticket & very prompt in responding to my queries. Very happy with overall service & will thoroughly recommend him/Crystal travel to all my family & friends.

I've booked multiple times with Crystal Travel because of their sharp prices and deals and can really recommend them. Underlining their customer-oriented approach, a very helpful member of their team (Dean) was able to change the date on a ticket for which I'd inadvertently booked the wrong date. Although I did contact them within a few hours of booking, I believe this wouldn't have been possible with many other travel agencies.

Good site, easy booking. Had doubts as i have never heard of Crystal Travel but was recommended I use cheapest flight. Can't cancel but that's my fault.... do research first on airlines and luggage allowances! Not happy about SAS. Wish I did my homework first but hey ho we live and learn. Taking 2 pieces of luggage with me, hope they arrive at my destinations ok. Even with the extras, the chosen flight is cheaper as my direct route has sold out on my chosen dates.

I found crystal travel to be very good value for money, of which was almost unbeatable in the travel market. My son did the booking for me as I was at work. I would reccommend Crystal Travel to anyone as I have never had any problems with their service or recieving my e-tickets. I also had a chance to talk to 2 of the customer service agents, which provided excelent customer service and went out of their way to help me find a flight. Thank You Very Much for your help as it is always appreciated. It took less than 24 hours to recieve my e-ticket, as the transaction was almost instant. Once again i give 5 stars for Crystal Travel. Thanks.

This is my second time for this year to buy an airline ticket in Crystal Travel and the staff was very polite. Yesterday I spoked to one of the staff , her name was Sharon and she was very nice and she answered all my query. This day I spoked to Ashley and he's the one who attend to me for my final decision for my Ticket. He's nice as well. And the most important was the Ticket was cheapear compare to the other travel agency. Actually, I've known this Crystal Travel through my friend. My friend is the one who told me to try to call crystal travel because she mentioned to me that crystal travel has a cheap fare. Again thank you for the nice service . I will recommend this Travel agency to my other friends.

Found pricing for a Crystal Travel fare through a comparison website. The result loaded up correctly on their site, where sometimes I have seen on other sites that it isn't the same flight details or the fare price is slightly out. The whole transaction was smooth and the e-ticket was issued quickly after a confirmation email was sent to say that the seat has been reserved. I received a follow up call from a Customer Service rep to check if I had all the documents I needed and if there were any issues with my booking, which is a nice touch as After-care is an after thought for most travel agents. I would highly recommend Crystal Travel and will definitely book tickets through them again in the future.

Crystal Travel had a deal being offered on Wowcher. I messaged them on Facebook to ask for available dates and got an abrupt message back demanding contact details. Gave my email address, received nothing. Chased up 4 days later and was told that dates were now on the wowcher site. Found a suitable one and messaged the company back to confirm it was definitely available before ordering. The reason for this was coming across numbers poor reviews of this company where people have paid and then been told they need to either pay more for an upgrade, or Crystal Travel have cancelled on them, and made it lengthy to get a refund. There was no reply to my email. Chased again, and was asked for my contact details again...! Terrible company, needless to say I won't be booking with them. A look on TrustPilot and Facebook reviews is also interesting as they have many 5 star reviews from accounts that have only ever left one review (I always find this suspicious). On Facebook there are many poor reviews of Crystal all with the same experiences as mine... My advice is to avoid them.

I was to a great degree fulfilled by Manila Tours. Mr. sara, the proprietor, has turned out to be exceptionally respectful and accommodating from the earliest starting point, attempting to arrange at the best our trek to philippine in the eight days accessible. The aides and drivers are exceptionally expert and well disposed, the accomodations essentially magnificent. I exceptionally suggest it, Mr sara will transform your trek into a life-changing knowledge!
