“Christy from crystal travel was a major help, she saved my night as I was struggling with re booking a flight after a disastrous day where my flight got cancelled. She went through all the available flights with me that were suitable for me and my situation. She was very patient and gave me her number so if I had any queries she could help me, and again she went through checking in online with me step by step and really put me at ease.
