“Spoke to an employee and it went very well but... There is a credit rating of an individual and there is also a "2nd credit rating" ... Records are not deleted after 6 years, they are simply recorded somewhere else after 6 years. So that is my complaint, and believing otherwise is fantasy.”

“I still haven't received my pin despite registering over a week ago. I have now sent an email to cancel my registration. If I do get charged after the 30 day trial period I will also be taking it further.”
