“called because i accidentally bought smaller signs. called hoping someone would help me put in another order (spend more money for bigger ones since i get it was my mistake) but my concern was another week delay in having my signs. I was hoping since this would be my 2nd order and im up to almost 1000 in signs, that I could get some help or be offered faster production options. Guy just did exactly what i could have done if i just created a different account under a different email address. Do not feel very valued as a return customer.”
“Got an estimate for a customer and quoted based on blank coroplast signs, but when he decided to order and I uploaded the artwork, everything changed. Not only was it more expensive each, but the shipping increased also. So because what the price was vs what it ended up being, I won't be ordering again. And why would the shipping be more because I uploaded artwork? It won't be, it's not HEAVIER. But because your shipping is based on the inflated price because there was now artwork on it, it automatically increased. Terrible way to sell signs, why not just be upfront about what they will cost!!!!”
“Advertised cost of .83 each for the size is not at all what I got. I figured it would be more expensive then that but it is astronomically different. It should be advertised more realistic to the end outcome”
