“I like the product but every year i have to go back in and have you guys send me a link. Last year they said i wasnt in the system so theyd send me a link and then to register. I did that. This year they said i wasn't in the systen that they'd send me a link and to register. I spent 15 minutes trying to get your system to register me so that i could claim our tax exemption and the system wouldn't do it. I got my order placed but wasn't able to claim our nonprofits tax exemption because it wouldn't let me register. What should have been a simple process cost me time and money.”
“How do you not include stakes with my original order of custom signs? Then I have to pay over $10 in shipping for a $2 item. It's not smart. It's not good customer service.”
