“I found it was misleading to leave shipping information until the very end of checking out. The fact that I missed a 4 pm deadline could have been avoided. Likewise I could have easily informed my team about expedited shipping surcharges in advance if the website had been more forthcoming about shipping--instead of stating in boldface that turn around is 24 hours. This is not helpful and hurts a customer's ability to plan. I really didn't like this about this site. It feels kind of slimy--like you're leading a customer on about how efficient your services actually are. Just be forthcoming. People will appreciate the upfront honesty instead of feeling like they've been screwed at the last minute.”
