“I love the products, but customer service is not what I'm used to. Too hard to get help. I was having repeated issues with the taxes NOT being removed from the final checkout page. It is more time to contact someone to remove the tax charges. Not sure why it's so hard to keep a reseller's certificate on file for my business account and have the taxes removed when checking out. Otherwise, again, I LOVE the products I have ordered for my clients over the past 3 years, and will continue to order.”
