“The website is easy, and the signs were of good quality. But they weren't shipped out until several days later, and then we got a box less of brackets than signs. (We ordered on Feb 26th and they didn't ship till March 1, arriving March 5.)”

“I JUST RECEIVED MY FIRST ORDER WITH YOU. I ORDER MY SIGNS BOTH SIDES. I RECEIVED IT ONE SIDE ONLY. THERE IS NO WAY TO CHECK AT THE CHECK OUT IF THE SYSTEM IS CONSIDERING ONE SIDE OR TWO SIDES PRINT.”

“Great price, sign quality good. However, in reversing a directional arrow (as expected), our two sided sign also reversed a logo on the same line, rendering the sign unusable since we can not display reversed logo. Attempted to contact support twice. 5 days later, still no response. So we wasted our money on signage we can not use.”

“I pay a different price every time. This is pathetic. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and I never know what you are going to charge. Stop this BS marketing for return customers. I tried to set up a business account today and your idiot manning the phone didn't want to let me through. I am very upset and am looking at another company going forward.”

“THE SHIPPING COSTS SHOULD BE MADE CLEAR BEFORE DOING ALL THE WORK TO DESIGN THE SIGN. $18 FOR SHIPPING A 24 X 36 SIGN IS EXCESSIVE.”
