“I am still waiting on the metal that goes into the ground. Made this order close to 2 weeks ago, and it said everything would be here by this past Friday. Very Disappointed that they still have not arrived. I called Monday morning, and they said they would ship them, but it was not a priority and they may get here by Thursday or Friday. I have a team supposed to go deliver them, and we have already moved it back to Friday to accommodate your company not sending it all together. The signs came out nice, just nothing to stick them into the ground with. :(”

“Our signs arrived much later than promised, and after trying to get ahold of somebody to see what was happening with the signs, I have yet to hear back from anyone! Signs arrived, we made do, but I am very unhappy with the communication and how late they arrived.”

“I felt misled by the way the company described the discounts. When I was designing the sign it said the cost would be 7.60 each, including the stand. When I entered the number of signs I wanted (12) the price per sign went up to 9.12. When I sked about it in the chat, the person explained that the discount is PER DESIGN and not per sign. I was told I could go back and recreate each sign one by one and get the discount on each one. What a waste of time. I didn't do it but I felt like it was a bait and switch situation.”

“My signs came in and you did a good job on them, but I did not get my stakes yet. I can't use the signs without the stakes and I need them for my business. As of today 4/14/20, I have not received an email as to when these will ship.”

“The signs looked great EXCEPT the last line was all kinds of C R A Z Y letters, not what was ordered. I will review again when the new ones come. You representative was TERRIFIC on the phone and was very helpful. Hopefully my re-done signs will rate a 5 star”

“The website is easy, and the signs were of good quality. But they weren't shipped out until several days later, and then we got a box less of brackets than signs. (We ordered on Feb 26th and they didn't ship till March 1, arriving March 5.)”
