“I like the product but every year i have to go back in and have you guys send me a link. Last year they said i wasnt in the system so theyd send me a link and then to register. I did that. This year they said i wasn't in the systen that they'd send me a link and to register. I spent 15 minutes trying to get your system to register me so that i could claim our tax exemption and the system wouldn't do it. I got my order placed but wasn't able to claim our nonprofits tax exemption because it wouldn't let me register. What should have been a simple process cost me time and money.”
“Website was very easy to use, tried to contact someone to see if they could go over order prior to ordering but never was able to get in contact with anyone would like for someone to call me if they see anything wrong with order prior to printing if possible”
