“Customer service to get the tax exempt form in was not so good. First, she had her volumn so low I couldn't hear in the beginning. The explanation on how to send the order in with a tax exemption was 3 different ways. When I explained I had my artwork ready to send via electronically to place the order, she said she would send an attached tax exempt form to my email. I asked how I would not be charged for tax after the fact of me sending the order first. No logical answer, so I asked if my credit card would be credited, and she said yes, as long as the tax exempt was valid. No attachment came through on the email. So I will email it after I call customer service again.”
“My daughter was killed by a drunk driver in a mass casualty incident involving 5 vehicles with 7 injuries. She was the designated driver for her group of friends when a drunk man decided to drive and end her life. The County is refusing to bring her case to trial. This means her killer will get off with nothing more than a slap on his hand. I refuse to allow this to happen and will not go down without a fight. My daughter did not die in vain. No one should have to have a child murdered and discarded as though she were nothing.”
