“Ordered signs and were not done right after I called to have order corrected 2 min after order was placed online .was told you would note order then received the order with it not being corrected .then when I called after receiving order was told couldn’t do anything about it! 330.00 wasted!!!!”

“Not happy with order. Noone ever checked to make sure the image printed correctly. Apparently after the approval step, the image shifted. They sent me 50 yard signs all wonky. To too it off, I havefile a claim to discuss this and no answer even though my email says it was received and someone would contact me. Lost my business.”

“Our order STILL has not arrived. We received three different "tracking" emails with different dates. When those dates passed, I attempted to contact support via the email address at the bottom of the above ment6emails to find out it was not a valid address. contacted via PayPal and didn't get a response there either. Will not be ordering again, I will go local.”

“I wish they would put on their website that they do not deliver to a P.O. Box. I spent a lot of money for my items to get lost. Then I was told I was going to get a refund and that never happened. I had to call UPS and get them a new address. It is taking 2 1/2 weeks for my signs to get here and it really should not have. Poor customer service. Id never buy from here again.”

“Made the order a week and a half ago and it still hasn't been produced. I approved signs and that same days a "problem" was attached to it by art department and it was not produced. No one called. No email. Wire stakes were sent immediately. I did not receive any notice of shipment within the next week and called to find out it was on hold, for no reason. Still haven't received notice of shipment. I did get this email for this survey "How'd we do?" … Not so good.”

“My invoice said my signs would be here by May 4th. The chat assistant I spoke with on the website said the signs would ship quickly. Now they might arrive the day after I need them. I do have the stakes for the signs...but not the signs. If they arrive by May 7th, I will change this review. And did I pay for quick shipping???”
