EBikes were unable to help, as it is a specialised battery, but they tried all avenues to try and resolve the problem, and even told me the issue number of the battery to get, having contacted Halfords.”

He took account of my riding preferences and explained the different options in a knowledeable and easy to understand way. Did the deal quickly and the bike was delivered (fully assemebled) the next day. Why anyone would risk buying online if you have a dealer like this within reach is beyond me.
