“We are so impressed with the service we received both for the purchase and for subsequent help two years later.
We have electric bikes and they have given us much more freedom to roam local country roads.
Great team......thank you all.”
“I bought a second hand folding Dawes e-bike in May, fir campervan. Fully serviced, they added a rack and delivered to my house in a bike bag. The bike has been brillient, the service from the shop was excellent too. I'm delighted with my purchase”
“What can i say.....5 star service from start to finish. if your new to e biking like i was, this is the company to trust, advice and support was in abundance if you want a good quality bike....use this quality business .....thanks Ed....”
“We had a much longer wait for our bikes than the 3/4 weeks that we had been told. Ed did lend us a couple of bikes however we sent those back when we thought ours were on the way, the replacements were delayed again. When we received the two bikes, one of them didn't work as there was a faulty part. We had to send it back and wait for the bike to be repaired. Not ideal as we are now into the winter months and won't have much opportunity to use them. I'm hoping that they ride as well as the trial bikes we had as we really enjoyed the ride.”
“This is my second bike i have bought from Hampshire e Bikes on both occasions Edd as been very helpful on arranging a Hiko scout for a test ride. And supplying a more specific tyers for my on road and off road has been very beneficial for me.”
“Ed was amazing. Not only fixed the part that was broken but got the half service in for us to allow us to get in our big riding weekend. Even though he and the team were prepping for an extended weekend show. Great job and much appreciated!”
“My bike was serviced by County EBikes recently. The staff were professional and extremely courteous. In addition to the service, there was a fault on the rear wheel sensor. This was rectified and the bike is operating so much better now. I would recommend County EBikes to anyone. Thank you!”
“The personal advice and service at Hampshire eBIKES made choosing the right bike very easy. The bike itself is meeting all my requirements and is very easy to use.”
“We were among the 1st to hire e-bikes from County eBikes, for a ride out along the bridle and byways to Combe Gibbet from Hurstbourne Tarrant for a birthday.
Excellent service, fantastic e-bikes and brilliant fun. The only thing I would recommend is checking you are happy with brakes, batteries etc before you set off if you try this loop, because the guys will find it tricky to find you once you get off road.”
