“Neil recently came to fix our printer, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service he provided. He was a lovely, friendly, and professional gentleman who quickly identified the issue and resolved it efficiently. Neil took the time to explain everything clearly, was patient and approachable, and made the whole process completely stress-free. His knowledge and expertise were evident, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service from someone who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely kind and courteous. “Neil was extremely helpful in resolving an ongoing photocopying issue within the school. They worked closely with the ICT team, communicated clearly throughout, and quickly identified and fixed the problem. His support and professionalism were greatly appreciated.”

We try and fix any "IT " related issues ( drivers / passwords etc ) over the phone . this gets you back up and running asap .

“I’ve been a customer of Copyprint for over five years and the service has always been impeccable. The team are friendly, helpful and genuinely care about what they do. On the rare occasion I’ve needed support with my machine, they’ve been out far quicker than expected and always resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. A fantastic company to work with, nothing is ever too much trouble.”

“All the staff are really helpful. Special mentions to Andy & Ryan who helped with moving our copier and chipped in with other things. They both went above and beyond and are a credit to the team. John is also lovely :)”
