“Excellent service from John and his team at all times from early discussions of what we may require right through to installation of our new printer. The quality of the printer they supplied and the options / technology built in to it are amazing After care from the team at Copy Print is exceptional they are always on hand to help over the phone and we never have to wait very long for an engineer to call in order to fix any problems or resolve any issues we may have. They provided on site training to our team which was a huge benefit to us all Overall we are very pleased with everything and have no complaints what so ever. Well done to all at Copy Print Services excellent job!”

“Copy Print Services have been providing our printer for many years now. Whenever we have an issue they are out to us within a matter of an hour or so and normally fixed at the first visit. Great service and would recommend to others.”

“I have known John for a number of years and have used his services multiple times and introduced John to many of my contacts. I find all staff at Copy Print are friendly, reliable and professional, the service is second to none and pricing is highly competitive. I would not go anywhere else other than Copy Print. “From start to finish our journey with Copy Print Services has been amazing. Being a bit of a technophobe myself, the owner John took time to go through each and every option with me, made sure I understood the specs and was so lovely and patient, making sure I understood everything before signing up. Even the rates offered were by far the best I'd been quoted so far. I was beyond happy with this initial service... and it only got better! Neil then visited us to set up the printer... what a wonderful gent to have on site, he has gone above and beyond setting everything up for us ensuring training was given to staff aswell. He has even helped me get an IT service sorted by putting me in touch with one of his friends! And he turned up with not one, but two boxes of chocolates. So he is an absolute super star in my eyes. Fabulous company, great customer service and would highly reccomend! Thankyou for all your help :)”

“We were looking for a replacement multi-function printer, and went to 3 local companies and Copy Print came back with the best overall package. John came to our offices, reviewed and discussed our needs and came back with a couple of options that suited our needs.”

“Our school has leased photocopiers from Copy Print Services for over 10 years and we have never felt the need to go elsewhere. The customer service is excellent and if you need to call out an engineer, the wait time is usually no more than 2-4 hours. Engineers are highly competent and in the majority of situations can fix any problem there and then. We have always found them to offer very competitive lease packages as well as quality machines. Copy Print Services gives that "personal touch" which is often lacking and I can recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable supplier.”
