“11 months ago I was ripped off by Pump Sales Direct who sold me a faulty pump and refused to help and wouldn’t give a refund. In contrast to that experience the lady who helped me at Complete Pump Supplies was able to advise which pump might suit my cellar best and then she ensured that it was with me the next day. Very happy with everything and the pump works perfectly.”

“I ordered a Booster Pump tank from this company and was really pleasantly surprised. Their customer service was excellent — they quickly confirmed the item was in stock. Even though I chose standard shipping, the package arrived the very next day. Delivery was free, and the product looks solid and well-made. I definitely recommend them!”

“I was delighted with the purchase of the Vessel. I was a whisker away from ordering the item from my local supplier as I would normally do and thought on this occation I would do an online price check. Glad I did, as I found the same item at Complete pump supplies much cheaper. Item delivered with no issues. Item installed with no issues.”

“Very supportive & knowledgeable at first contact. Went out of their way to locate a pump which had the old 10 metre power cable ( all new ones come with 5 metres) & it was delivered a couple of days later ahead of schedule. Excellent service.”
