“Order was delayed so arranged to have it delivered to another address close by. Revised delivery came and driver took it to the original address where luckily my wife happened to be in. She explained the palletised delivery was supposed to go to a new address and could he take it there - just 250 meters around the corner. Was told “you’ve got two options, I leave it here or I take it back. Which one?”. Not a good experience overall.”
