“Good service came quicker than expected, fitted in a jiffy, i also asked for a Vat reciept and that was with me very quickley, so all round good service, thanks”

“Order was delayed so arranged to have it delivered to another address close by. Revised delivery came and driver took it to the original address where luckily my wife happened to be in. She explained the palletised delivery was supposed to go to a new address and could he take it there - just 250 meters around the corner. Was told “you’ve got two options, I leave it here or I take it back. Which one?”. Not a good experience overall.”

“First delivery was quick but was completely wrong item,unfortunately delivered christmas eve so unable to contact anyone as shut till new year,dissapointing as unit was for a church which obviously had services all over christmas”

“I was delighted with the purchase of the Vessel. I was a whisker away from ordering the item from my local supplier as I would normally do and thought on this occation I would do an online price check. Glad I did, as I found the same item at Complete pump supplies much cheaper. Item delivered with no issues. Item installed with no issues.”

“Very supportive & knowledgeable at first contact. Went out of their way to locate a pump which had the old 10 metre power cable ( all new ones come with 5 metres) & it was delivered a couple of days later ahead of schedule. Excellent service.”
