“On Friday 22nd April 2022 we had the pleasure of Barry York performing at the Golf Club. Barry's all-round performance was first class, particularly nice to see a comedian addressing an audience of over 100 men and not needing to resort to swearing to achieve the objective of making people laugh. I would also like to compliment the organisation of the company, clear communication throughout and the personal touch of Barry communicating direct was a bonus.”

“I would just like to say a sincere thanks to Lea Roberts who was our guest for the Los Amigos de Mazarron FC Golf Day and Gala Dinner in Spain last week. He endeared himself to everyone he met with his great personality and had the audiences in stitches during his after dinner spot at the Gala Dinner. It was delight to be in his company and we look forward to seeing him again hopefully in the very near future.”

“Mark and Melissa gave excellent service and enabled us to book and use Dean Windass and Comedian Lea Roberts for Dudley Town FC Annual Sporting Dinner. We have used Lea before and as always he was absolutely top drawer, as was Deano. Both such great characters and blokes who also engage with the attendees, before, during and after the main event. As a partnership, or individually, I can thoroughly recommend them for entertaining you at any type of event. Good, clean fun without excessive and colourful language. Very rare these days. Once again a massive thanks to them both !!!”

“Genuinely the finest after dinner comedy spot I’ve ever heard. Lea really connected with the whole room. Had several comments saying how Galgate had run the best sportsmen’s dinner they had ever attended and Lea was absolutely central to that success. On a personal level, have already committed to going to hear him again with my partner at the first opportunity. A class act.”

“I have used Lea Roberts on numerous occasions and he was at his sparkling best for my black tie Annual Dinner at Bradford Golf Club. It has obviously been tough for all after dinner speakers to survive through the pandemic without any work, but there was absolutely no sign of any rustiness from Lea, and he was quite superb. All attendees said he was the best speaker we have had ever!!! To the next time ...”

Recently booked Brian O'Driscoll for a black-tie dinner for almost 400 guests, and despite being postponed twice due to Covid, it went without a hitch on the day. “We recently had Lea Roberts perform at our wedding reception and just wanted to say thank you ! Lea did a spot between the afternoon and evening and it was just right to fill that "in-between" bit. He was very funny, very clean, didn't swear and had our guests (from age 6 to 60) in hysterics. We all really enjoyed it and it added an extra special bit to our very special day. Thank you Lea, from Darren and Kay vickerman”

“The speaker that we booked was an incredibly nice man. He arrived well ahead of time and was extremely professional and courteous with everyone whom he interacted with and he was excellent all-round company. Unfortunately, his comedy routine did not cut through to the audience, though admittedly they seemed keener to continue their on-table conversations rather than listen to any speaker who we could have presented on stage. Most of the jokes and punchlines did not ellicit a positive reaction from the audience.”

“Absolutely amazing night down at Baines hall we had such amazing feedback on the night and people are already asking when the next one is , Lea was so professional even when I asked him to make a grand entrance he made everyone part of his act we can’t wait to have him back again and maybe next time we will find a better photo to use for advertising lol”
