“We have used Clook Internet for over 6 years now for hosting our website and email accounts, in that time we have recommended them without hesitation to business colleagues and clients alike. In 2014 we had an vulnerability within our website that was (almost) exploited but due to the fast reactions of the Clook team who at 10pm in the evening prevented disaster which allowed our web developers to correct the site without detriments to our business. If you are looking for a company which is run by a very passionate team that are also up to date with the latest hardware, software and trends you will be hard pressed to find better than Clook.”

“Clook are the best hosting company ever! And we don't say that lightly. The Sales and Support team are completely dedicated to dealing with all problems and really go that extra mile. Support tickets are answered very quickly as are the phones. The network is robust and we don't ever suffer long outages and when they do happen the team are on the fault and is fixed before we even notice. These really are the best and we can't recommend them highly enough.”

“All hosting is not created equal. These days, hosting largely comes down to uptime/performance, and support. The former tends to be a given, but the latter is what sets providers apart in my view. I can't rate Clook highly enough. Performance and uptime are as good as the best I've used. Support? It doesn't matter what package you're on, you get the same amazing service and support for each. Support response times are ridiculously low; more often than not, I have a reply in < 5 minutes. And I ask a lot of questions, We have a lot of clients who we've chosen to host at Clook. I've been using hosting providers for probably 15 years and I've been through them like dodgy second hand motors. This one's a keeper...”

“I spend years with unhelpful hosting companies that had poor customer service, that would let me and my customers down time after time. Then I came across Clook. They have total changed the way I think about hosting companies. None of that speaking to so called first line support to escalate a problem to someone that knows what your talking about and taking hour or days to rectify a problem. Clook support is second to none! Any problem that arise are fixed with in minuets of me raising a ticket or before I have even contacted them. I now have a number of dedicated servers and other hosting accounts with them and wouldn't dream of using any one else. Fast, friendly and extremely knowledgeable!”

“I read several on-line reviews recommending Clook and since I only had a simple couple of sites to run gave them a call. Was given clear advice on services and costings. Since I've signup up there have been few visible service interruptions and I've received messages about scheduled maintainance slots. The cPanel management interface offered is easy to use and there are plenty of add-ons for anyone wanting e-commerce, blogs etc”
