“I have been using Clook hosting for about 10 years, maybe even a bit longer. There are a few things that stand out for me. First the support is always there, usually replying within a couple of minutes and they know their stuff. As a designer/reseller who does not have a great depth of knowledge on the server side of things having confidence in the support team is a must have. Second, the servers have been totally reliable, and for shared hosting pretty quick. In fact recently one app I was having problems with had their support commenting on how impressed they were by how fast their app was running. An this was before I turned the cache on or added a CND. Not bad for a shared hosting account. Lastly, continuity. Seems like I deal with people who have been around a while. There does not seem to be a great turnover in staff. Having heard of other good hosting companies that were bought out by larger competitors only for support and quality to go out the window chasing profit. Keep up the great work!”
