“I wish to complain about the young lady who I spoke to on Tuesday the 23rd August When I asked to enquire about the warning notices etc on the last 3 products I purchased from you, and try to find out if it would affect the Ceramic coating on my vehicle. The three products are - 1) KORROSOL ( Bilt & Hamber) 2)Bug & Grime (Gyeon) 3) Ceramic Detailer (Gyeon) She said she couldn't do anything until I found out what the ceramic coating was. So I rang my valeteer ( Paul ' CCS DETAILIN mob - 07768 510843 and asked him, he told me it was Gyeon Infinity I rang her back to inform her, shr then got vbery abrupt and quite rude - saying, " There was no such coating, which I then replied that Paul had said it was one of your products, she then curtly replied " We don't do products we sell them" I then said can I speak with the gentleman I spoke too earlier, this must have made her even more angry, she then said in a harsh tone, I will get someone for you, and put me on hold, after a while nothing happened and I was still on hold, so I thoughtb she has cut me off, and I rang up none the wiser about my original query. I have bought qute a lot of PRODUCTS from your good selves and have always been happy with them, the latest products are so heavily imbued with safety and health warnings, it is offputting and makes me question if I should be putting them on my car, without wearing a Hazmat suit and masking large areas ofthe car off to prevent run off, damaging my chromed plastic trim etc. So I think this young woman needs more training on Customer interactions,I have always spoke to men previous to this telephone call, and have always found them helpfull. “Quick dispatch, Quick delivery, well packed. I do like the broad range of products. I also would like to buy much more but when you give prices without VAT is hard to have a ideia of budget. Plus delivery does raise the general price up. That for me is the negative element of it.”
