Hi Anthony, I'm glad to hear your order arrived safely. I looked into your delivery, and the reason the iron remover wasn't included is that your total order amount, after the 10% discount thats you used was applied, it fell below the threshold for the free product. “Ordered products to prepare my Alfa Romeo for a show when we have a hose pipe ban. I already had Optimum No Rinse bought from Clean and Shiny. This time bought a pump sprayer, soft detail brush and Rag Company Ultra Safe Sponge. These came over night which was brilliant for a show the following weekend. Brilliant prices as well. “First time ordering from Clean & Shiny & won’t be the last. I ordered a bottle of Scholl S20 polish & a Scholl Purple Spider pad, both a good price. After I paced the order late at night I saw they also sold Gtechniq leather protector also a good price. Not wanting to pay another postage fee I emailed asking if they could add it to my order, hoping they would pick up the message before they dispatched my order. I received an email at 8.50am next morning saying all done just pay using payment link they had sent me. All products arrived the next day. Superb service & friendly team. Thank you.”
