“Sorry didn't see that this was about the company and not the product! So I wrote a review about the product. Charley Chau were very efficient and friendly to deal with I haven't given a 5* due to the product being disappointing.”

“I ordered a black, 14" house collar for my black lurcher, carefully following the measuring instructions. It looks great and although I ordered it in black, I was very tempted by the wonderful range of colours on offer. My only regret is that it is a bit too big and has fallen off once. I may have to order another, smaller one if this one gets lost. It would be good if there were half-inch sizes.”

“I ordered a Deeply Dishy bed and blanket for my border collie puppy and she loves both. They are good quality but in my opinion, over priced, so knocking a star off for that. I would still recommend but expected it to be more robust for the price as sometimes puppy falls out over sides and front of bed.”

“Out on a walk with our 4 month old whippet we were recommended this bed by a fellow whippet owner, so we took the plunge and ordered it. Our little pup absolutely loves it. I was worried that he wouldn't work out how to get under the covers but he soon did. He used to take up about 4am from feeling cold but not anymore. This is his bed and he has made it his home. The only downside is that it won't fit in the washing machine and the spotty cover is not removable so although it says washable you would have to have a huge washing machine to fit it into.”

Thank you very much for your review, I am so pleased that your Whippet loves their Snuggle bed! - It is very funny how they instinctively know how to use it! In terms of washing the bed, the outer cover can be removed, there is velcro on the bottom of the bed allowing you to remove and wash the cover. “The bed is lovely and of high quality, unfortunately my staffy can’t understand how to get inside unless we hold up the top. Will keep trying to train her!”

Some dogs automatically know what to do with the snuggle bed however some dogs take a little time getting used to it! “I'm very happy with the "tags" collar" I received from charley Chau. it seems of good quality, the color is as expected and my Whippet seems to find it comfortable. Critique?...i would like to have know "upfront" the cost of shipping. I would still have gone through with the order, but I actually thought there was "0" charge. I think it is a good product and my Whippet seems to find it very comfortable (read "oblivious"). Thank you Charley.”
