“My initial order took 10 days to even be dispatched and arrived broken having being packed in a lightly padded envelope, a replacement was shipped fairly quickly and arrived heavily packaged. The replacement was hassle free which i appreciated (i did supply a photo).”

“Unfortunately it does not meet my expectations. The scent from two of different Cello purchases does not give off strong scents matching my previous type of wax melt which has been discontinued. I find after one or two uses, it has to be replaced which is expensive in the long run.”
