“I also ha tas a base which is very slippery on a table, hence dangerous if the hot wax melt fell onto the carpet or floor if it was pulled, by a cat for example.
Otherwise all the products I have had are of good quality and well packed with very qucik deliverhe length. It also hve the ultrasonic diffuser in INFINITY which I love, so beautiful. I did ty one of the electric wax melts in the BUTTERFLY but had to return it as the plug cable is far too short and could not reach a plug socket with the length of cable proved wiht the plug. I would buy another one if the cable was at least twice the length. Otherwise all products seem well made and good value for moeny, well packed and good delivery.”

“Very disappointed. The wax doesn't melt, the bulb isn't powerful enough or too far away from the wax tray, and so it's useless. There's no aroma. I wish I could return it but I didn't keep the box that it came in. It's such a pity because it is a nice design and is nice as a little lamp. Although the design grooves in the wax tray is another design flaw as wax gets stuck in it. Badly designed.”
