“Excellent customer service. I had bought an IP Camera which was not suitable for my needs so I phoned customer service and they explained the model I should have bought which was actually £60 cheaper and they arranged an RMA of the other one immediately. Very happy.”

“Spoke to Ben to discuss if my product selections were correct for my needs, loaded items live into basket and Ben picked up had not selected IP67 outdoor turret versions for 3 items and advised to upgrade spec on DVR to 8 channel. Everything arrived next day extremely well packed and complete. A rare pleasure to find quality technical guidance and great customer service. Placed a follow up order to add a 6th camera to the system - all good. Please continue to conduct your business in the same professional manner.”

“I contacted CCTV Empire to find out about what I may need and I was advised perfectly by the sales team who advised me on the best products for my requirements not the ones that would make them the most money, when I did finally buy I had issues setting up the remote access features but one quick call and their technical team remoted in to my computer and set it all up for me. overall I am one very happy customer and would highly recommend CCTV Empire to my friends and family”
