“Plants arrived in a quiet a long box with 4 plants in it with no pack to stop them rolling around in the box But luckily the plants looked OK just some soil loose in box”

“Didn't receive all that I have purchased, still haven't heard back from your company to offer me a refund. Plants are poorly packed and in an appalling condition, some are rotten and withered and dry.And I'm still waiting for company to respond to my email.”

“Delivery was efficient. However, out of the three plants I'd ordered, only one (which was a decent size) had a label. The other two were miniscule with no information. I'd ordered three different varieties of the same plant but I can't tell the difference between the other two. I was disappointed and slightly 'underwhelmed'. Uncertain if I would buy from here again.”

“Obviously buying a rose bush at this time of year means that really you’re just going to get a pot with some twigs sticking it out of it so hardly the most pretty of gifts but it came so beautifully presented in a hessian sack with a beautiful bow. It also had my personalised message on the back of the how to care for the rose on the back. Was extremely well packaged and came with not one spot of soil having spilled out. The only thing that could have improved my purchase was if the bow had been colour coordinated eg pink but other than that I am delighted with my purchase.”
